Yes, we can provide our electronic company catalog, HD product case photos, CNC machining workshop videos, and spraying fixture operation videos upon request.

To provide a quick and precise quotation, please share: 3D/2D CAD files (STEP/IGES preferred), material specifications (e.g., ABS, PC, POM), required cavity count, surface finish/texture standards, estimated order quantity, and shipping destination.
Q6: What is the typical lead time for custom mould tooling and prototypes?
For custom spraying fixtures, lead time is typically 5 to 10 working days. For standard injection moulds, T1 sample lead time is generally 20 to 35 days depending on mould complexity and cavity size. Urgent prototype trials can be scheduled upon agreement.
Q7: What shipping and delivery methods do you support?
We support express air freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for prototype samples and urgent fixtures, and sea freight/air cargo (FOB, CIF, DDP) for mass production injection parts and heavy mould shipments.
Q8: What payment terms and platforms do you accept?
We support Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), L/C, Hong Kong offshore bank transfers, as well as domestic options including WeChat Pay, Alipay, 1688, and Taobao platforms for flexible business transactions.
Q9: Do you provide CMM inspection reports and mould trial videos?
Yes. Every tool trial is supplied with T1 sample inspection reports, full-dimension CMM inspection data, mould trial video recordings, and plastic material certifications prior to shipment.
Q10: What kind of warranty and technical support do you offer?
We provide a 1-year quality warranty on all custom tooling and guaranteed shot-life longevity (e.g., 300,000 to 1,000,000 shots). Our engineering team offers continuous online technical support for maintenance, spare parts replacement, and fixture recalibration.
