Founded in October 2014 and registered as a limited liability company in 2015, Dongguan Penghai Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer integrating design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales of precision injection molds and plastic structural components.

We focus on high-precision plastic parts for automotive applications (armrest decorative panels, A/C air vents), spray fixtures, earphones, mobile phones, computers, and home appliances. Guided by our business philosophy of "Integrity, Professionalism, and Quality," we strive to become a top-tier global supplier for automotive plastic components and tooling.

Advanced Injection & Machining Facilities

Our 2,000 m² workshop houses 26 high-speed precision injection molding machines (80T–320T), 12 CNC machines, 5 EDM spark machines, 4 grinding machines, and 3 milling machines, enabling an annual capacity of 500 mold sets.

Engineering Expertise & Rigorous Testing

Led by a senior supervisor with over 20 years of automotive lamp mold design experience and skilled engineers mastering CATIA, UG 3D design, and Moldflow analysis. Quality is backed by 2D measurement systems and drop-ball impact testers.
